How to publish, export, and share your projects
From draft to the world in a few clicks
Once your deliverables are ready, Apptime makes it effortless to publish, download, and distribute every artifact without needing server setup, manual hosting, or third-party tools.
1. Publishing Web Pages & Sites
How to go live
- Open the project containing the webpage you wish to publish.
- Click the Publish button in the top toolbar.
- In moments, your website is online and accessible worldwide on a secure subdomain:
https://your-project.appti.me.
Customizing your link slug
Make your website URL short, memorable, and aligned with your brand name.

https://apptime.ai/apps/my-business - Published link:
https://my-business.appti.me
To change your slug, navigate to Project Settings and update the URL field.
Page status
- Draft: Visible only to you during creation and tweaking.
- Published: Publicly accessible to customers, visitors, and search engines.
You can switch between draft and published status whenever you wish.
2. Exporting & Downloading PDF Documents
For materials such as e-books, proposals, and presentations:
- Click View PDF in the artifact panel.
- Use Download PDF to save high-resolution, print-ready, or digital-distribution files.
3. Downloading Images & Creatives
For generated logos, social media graphics, and ad banners:
- Click the image inside the artifact viewer.
- Download in optimal formats (PNG/JPEG) for Instagram, paid campaigns, or offline assets.
4. Where and how to share your links
Bio Link on Social Media
Add your published URL (https://your-brand.appti.me) to your Instagram or TikTok profile bio to direct followers into paying customers.
WhatsApp Sharing
When shared via WhatsApp, the platform automatically renders rich preview cards with title, description, and hero imagery.
Sales Proposals & E-books via Direct Message
Send direct links or attach exported PDFs in sales conversations to project maximum authority and close deals faster.
