Fix creation problems

Did something come out wrong?

Sometimes a creation can fail, hang, or look different than expected. No panic. You can recover without losing your work.

Step 1: Try again

When a message errors, a Retry button appears. Click it to repeat the action.

Many errors are temporary, like instability or a slow connection.

Step 2: Go back one version

If the change was made but did not look right, use Rewind. The project returns to the previous point in that conversation.

This helps when:

• A change broke the layout
• The content went in the wrong direction
• You want to try another way

Step 3: Talk to support

If it still does not work, talk to us at /help.

Include:

• What you were trying to do
• The error or strange behavior
• What you already tried

We usually reply within 24 hours.
